Professor Henk Volberda was recently interviewed by Management Scope to share his perspective on how things will change for businesses in the digital age.

Volberda, professor of Strategic Management and Innovation at the UvA's Amsterdam Centre for Business Innovation (ACBI) also gave a presentation illustrating the impact of the digitisation trend, robotisation and artificial intelligence. Volberda: ‘Two-thirds of the children now growing up will later find work in job roles that don't even exist yet.’  Volberda went on to say that contrary to expectations, digitisation will actually generate more jobs, and that creativity will be an important competency for employees in the future.
