The Amsterdam Centre for Business Innovation was recently commissioned by MT to compile the MT1000, a list of the best service providers in the Netherlands.

The MT1000 was compiled using an extensive survey that assessed companies based on the following categories: customer focus, product leadership, excellent performance, and the Net Promoter Score (NPS). The company Sales Improvement Group tops the list as the best service provider in the Netherlands.

Henk Volberda, professor of Strategic Management & Innovation and Scientific Director of the UvA's Amsterdam Centre for Business Innovation was responsible for the study: 'As a service provider, you have to ensure your customers are satisfied to such an extent that they remember you this if asked to complete a survey on this topic. You also have to have a good product, be customer-oriented, and be able to work very efficiently. You have to score high in all those areas to get a high ranking in the MT1000. We believe that smart companies are able to obtain a maximum score in all these areas.'
